We are slowly starting to come out of the way we have been living, and as I have discussed in my other articles (Out-of-the-darkness-there-can-be-a-positive-shift), we had been given time to look at ourselves, our emotions and fears but we also can look at what we have enjoyed through these times.
Life was turned upside down for a lot of us, things taken away that seemed really important, things that kept us busy.
Ask yourself these questions…
- Now we don’t have them, are they as important?
- Have you found new things to do?
- Are you less stressed?
- Do you have more time?
- Are you enjoying this new way more?
We can rush back to the way life was before, not facing our unhappiness, hiding our fears and not looking at our emotions. We can rush back to all the things you did because you thought they were what you had to do, see the people you thought you should see.
Or we can take these new experiences and put them into our life, we can work through our emotions, fears and create a life we deserve.
Now ask these questions …
- How do I want my life to look?
- What do I want in my new life?
- Who do I want in my life?
If you’re doing things you think you ‘Should’ be doing, then you will become unhappy. Take this time to focus on you and your life, become the person you really want to be.
This is a chance to change but only you can make that choice.
