The difference with this online package is that I am here to support you through it. You will receive 7 one-to-one, online sessions with me, Hayley Bennett. I will be here to help guide you through anything you are struggling with, we will set goals and action plans so you learn how to put everything you learn into practice. At the end of the year you will have a different mindset, your life will have transformed, plus you will leave with a plan to help you carry on and move forward after the program is finished.
