You’re struggling to put it all into practice, you feel lost and unhappy with yourself or your life. You’re tired of trying to keep up and pretending everything is OK, the feeling of lack of support is draining.

You need support, guidance and understanding to get you going, to help you through life and keep you on track. You need tools, techniques and accountability to help you when things get a little hard in life and to see how these tools can help in the future.

The program that will suit you best is the Shift – Creation Coaching

The One year or 6 months, Shift, Creation program is designed to help you understand the mind, body and spirit, and to see the things that are holding you back. You will learn new tools for your ‘Tool box of Life’ and it will help you create a balanced and happier life.

The One year or 6-months package will support you through your journey. You will receive a one-to-one, online sessions with me, Hayley Bennett every week for the first month, then every two weeks for the second month, then once a month for the rest of the year or 6-months. I will be here to help guide you through anything you are struggling with, we will set goals and action plans so you learn how to put everything you learn into practice. At the end of the year or 6-months you will have shifted your mindset and created a life you deserve. Plus you will leave with a plan to help you carry on and move forward after the program is finished.


Program includes:

  • 16 one-hour, online one-to-ones with me, Hayley Bennett – (1yr)
  • 10 one-hour, online one-to-ones with me, Hayley Bennett – (6-mths)
  • Once a week for 4 weeks
  • Every two weeks for 4 weeks
  • Then once a month for either 10 months (1yr) or 4 months (6-mths)
  • Shift Therapy
  • An understanding about the things that are holding you back and how to let go of them
  • Tools and techniques to help you through life
  • Goals and an action plan.
