Discover a Happier You is a six weeks course designed to help you understand the mind, body and spirit, and to see the things that are holding you back. You will learn new tools for your ‘Tool box of Life’ – it will help you create a balanced and happier life.

The difference with this online course is that I am here to support you through it. You will receive three one-to-one, Skype sessions with me, Hayley Bennett. I will be here to help guide you through anything you are struggling with, and we will set plans to help you carry on and move forward after the course has finished.
