The One year, Platinum – Mindset and Transformation program is designed to help you understand the mind, body and spirit, and to see the things that are holding you back. You will learn new tools for your ‘Tool box of Life’ and it will help you create a balanced and happier life.

The One-year package will support you through your journey. You will receive a one-to-one, online sessions with me, Hayley Bennett every week for the first 2-months, then every two weeks for the next 2-months, then once a month for 8-months. I will be here to help guide you through anything you are struggling with, we will set goals and action plans so you learn how to put everything you learn into practice. Your will also get the full package of online courses. At the end of the year you will have a different mindset, your life will have transformed, plus you will leave with a plan to help you carry on and move forward after the program is finished.
