About Hayley Bennett
Hi my name is Hayley Bennett; I am the owner of Hayley Bennett Wellbeing – Reflexologist and Shift – Creation coach. I have been working with clients since 2002 and I have been practicing what I teach personally since 1993. At the age of 19 I had a major car accident and I was told I’ll never work again, I spent years fighting it, feeling a little bit better and pushing myself, to only crash. I went up and down not having any consistency in my life. I wanted to be the old me, one who could do what she wanted, whenever she wanted – just like everyone else! But over the years I learnt how to get the balance right, how food and alcohol affected me, my energy and my headaches. How regular exercise helped me mentally and physically and how changing little things in my life could make a huge difference.
I now work with individuals and companies to provide tools, techniques and support to help manage their wellness and prevent mental health. I believe if we Live Better, we will Feel Better mentally and physically and we work Better. By helping people discover the things that are holding them back and help them to redesign their inner thinking space, mindset, they can be the person they are meant to be and create a life they deserve.
In 2002, after recovering from the car accident I went back to college and trained in Reflexology – AoR (Association of Reflexologist), I then studied Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho 1st and 2nd Degree followed by the art of Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage. The more I have trained and worked with clients, the more fascinated I have become about the mind and body.
This personal quest of in-depth study then led me in 2004 to train in Block Clearance. A two-year course to help me to understand further about different meditation techniques, body energy fields, emotional causes and the manifestation patterns for physical disease – this allows and helps me to provide even more in-depth treatments that benefit my clients.
I have continued to advance my reflexology skills, in 2006 with ART (Advance Reflexology Techniques), VRT (Vertical Reflex Therapy) and I now have knowledge of Hormones, Infertility, Pregnancy, Cancer and Lymph drainage.
In 2007 I found out about NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques) a brilliant energy system for not only testing for allergies but also eliminating them completely. This treatment appeals to me specifically as it works in the same way I do with my clients: NAET works with the underlying emotion to eliminate the allergy and the client can move on. In October 2007 I received my qualification from NAET Europe.
My latest training has been to advance my coaching on an emotional level, in 2013 I attended the ‘Coaching Happiness’ course with Robert Holden. Robert Holden is a British psychologist, author, and broadcaster, who works in the field of positive psychology and well-being and is considered “Britain’s foremost expert on happiness”. He is the founder of the “Happiness Project”, which runs an eight-week course annually, called “Happiness Now” and the author of 10 best-selling books such as, Happiness NOW! Be Happy, Success Intelligence and Shift Happens! And in 2016 I took a Stress Management course.
Today I now combine all of these therapies to bring a unique approach to health and well-being. I believe that each body contains all the information we need to bring it to a balanced state of health and by unlocking this hidden inner strength we can successfully restore any person to a state of natural health and vitality.
I am particularly interested in mind-body medicine, of how our emotions and state of mind can directly affect our health and furthermore can produce detrimental physical symptoms even illness as a way of telling us something is not working correctly. The effects of stress and anxiety on the body cannot be ignored in today’s busy society and we all need more than just drugs to put them right.
I’m passionate and dedicated to the natural approach to well-being. I believe this is the way forward for us all now and for the future – in order to improve our mind, our health and to bring happiness into our daily lives.
Balance is the key to everything.
